Unfortunately we have to assess Travel Charges to any event exceeding our 50-mile limit. Also, we may have to assess an additional Parking Charge to reimburse any vendor parking fees.

We are so confident that you'll love your unique video that we offer you our generous Windy City Production satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your video you may return it for a full refund, provided you have made the request before signing our closing contract.

What is our closing contract? Your videographer will personally present and watch the final film with you for the first time at an agreed upon meeting. After watching your video you have two options:

Satisfied	Unsatisfied
You sign off on our Closing Contract & take in full possession of your masterpiece.	If for any reason you are unsatisfied you complete the short refund questionnaire for your full refund. However, we maintain full possession of the video.

The only money you wouldn't receive back would be for extraordinary charges, which do not apply to the full video refund. Including: (Excessive Travel & Vendor Parking Charges)
